Our fully furnished one or two bedroom suites are spacious, top quality and fully equipped for your convenience providing cost effective and comfortable rental accommodations. The furnished suites are move-in ready complete with all utilities, phone, cable and wifi.
For my first time using VRBO I had a better experience than anything I ever did with AirBNB. This 1 bedroom/1 private bath played home for during my final stretch in the Phoenix, AZ area. This second floor condo features all basic living requirement needs. Nice sized bed; two flat screen televisions (living room and bedroom) Nice bathroom with shower; sink and toilet. Fridge kept all my beverages ice cold. Towels and an assortment of dishes; bowls; silverware; glasses and further cooking devices supplied. Dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer..oh; microwave and oven One minor detail; the washer and dryer lack any sort of time display. When the washer finishes it clicks twice and dryer just stops. So just be mindful of it. Yes; previous reviews state the A/C is loud and YES IT IS but I did not mind it at all. There is also a landline cordless phone and the televisions are equipped with Cox Cable. Designated parking under a canopy and spacious guest parking. There is a community swimming pool and workout centre. The landlord Claudia will greet you with keys to the condo and give you a tour; she provided her number to contact her via call or text. The security is 24/7 surveillance and overall I felt safe; however I rate the security as flimsy. Deadbolt to the front door and key to open the gate the complex. Its a gated community meaning you input a code and the gate slides open to allow you to drive in. Meaning a person could easily sneak in...but the cameras would film it all. There is also a groundskeeper whom is there daily maintaining the landscape with his trusty chainsaw. I greeted him from afar as he revved his chainsaw chopping away and making a temporary mess. Sprinkler system goes off as well. That thwarted me getting back to the condo for a while. I had a good stay and give IT a thumbs up. Enjoy a furnished condo and EXPLORE Glendale; Phoenix; Scottsdale; Paradise Valley and Tempe areas...maybe even stretch to Gilbert; Chandler and Mesa. Thank YOU Much! The DANG!MAN
